The winners, chosen from a pool of talented participants, have been awarded a prize of $10,000 each to support their innovative projects.
InnovateU: Pitch Competition, sponsored by Ontario Brain Institute winner: Pendium Health. Pendium Health impressed the judges with their groundbreaking pitch, showcasing their innovative approach to solving critical healthcare challenges. Their visionary ideas and commitment to revolutionizing the healthcare industry have earned them the top spot in this esteemed competition.
Where Next Showcase, sponsored by Intellectual Property Ontario winner: Professor and Clinical Microbiologist Prameet Sheth with Novel Protease Treatment from Queen’s University. Queen’s University’s Novel Protease Treatment stood out among the competition, demonstrating its potential to make significant advancements in the field of protease treatment. The judges were impressed by the project’s creativity, feasibility, and potential for real-world impact.
